Andy Nichols

Chief Revenue Officer

Andy was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In college, he was a 4-year football letterman and graduated with a Business Management Degree from Mercer University in Macon, Ga. Andy began his career in Atlanta at CBRE, where he spent two years as an analyst. Since joining Moeller Purcell in 2018, Andy has been a project superintendent and project manager, and then was promoted to Vice President of Business Development. While working for MPCC, Andy obtained his Master’s in Real Estate Development with a concentration in Construction from Georgia Tech in 2020.

Andy’s boots-on-the-ground approach has resulted in first-hand field experience where he managed $15 million+ worth of projects. This experience has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to complete a timely and budget-conscious project with outstanding results for our clients. Andy was named Chief Revenue Officer in July 2024 and will be primarily responsible for owning the client relationships and advocacy required for our company to maintain a consistent and healthy pipeline of work, while also managing and guiding others in their individual efforts to produce work opportunities for our company to pursue.

Andy is happily married to his college sweetheart, Catherine and they have one young son. His family is actively involved at Peachtree Presbyterian Church in Buckhead. In his free time, Andy enjoys live music, playing golf, fishing and spending time with his family and Teal, his Boykin Spaniel.
