Ashlee Nichols

Vice President, Project Management

Ashlee Nichols graduated with a degree in Building Construction from Georgia Tech in 2011. While in college she worked for Cablik Enterprises on a wide range of custom modern homes and commercial projects. After college she started with Cambridge Builders & Contractors building multi-family facilities around the Southeast. While at Cambridge she worked her way up from a Project Engineer to an Assistant Superintendent and eventually to Project Manager. Within these roles she was able to gain a full understanding of what it takes from both the field and the office to create a successful project team.

Additionally, she spent two years working at RaceTrac Petroleum on their new store development team. This experience allowed a larger perspective of what it takes to get a project from planning & conception, through the due diligence period and into construction. Looking to get into more commercial construction she joined Moeller Purcell in January of 2019. Ashlee’s goal in every project is to maintain schedule and budget with constant communication through final turnover. She strives on keeping subcontractors and owners informed on job progress which allows transparency for success. Ashlee became the Vice President of Project Management for MPCC in October 2022.

Ashlee and her husband, Lane, enjoy traveling – especially finding ways to couple travel with endurance sports. She’s completed multiple half and full marathons around the world. When not on a plane to somewhere new, Ashlee and Lane are spending time with their two sons. They enjoy attending games for just about any of the Atlanta sports teams (Go Jackets!) or exploring the many fantastic restaurants this city has to offer.
