Catee is a driven construction professional with a passion for delivering complex projects with precision, efficiency, and integrity. Currently pursuing her master’s degree in construction management at Louisiana State University (LSU), she brings a strong foundation of technical knowledge, strategic coordination, and leadership to every project she oversees. Catee thrives in the fast-paced, high-demand environment of construction, excelling at managing tight schedules, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and guiding projects seamlessly from preconstruction through closeout. Known for her calm demeanor under pressure, she approaches challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset and a commitment to exceeding client expectations. She values clear communication and collaboration, effectively bridging the gap between owners, design teams, subcontractors, and vendors, and believes successful construction is built on trust, accountability, and teamwork.

Her path into construction began during her final year of college when she became immersed in a residential development project, gaining firsthand experience with zoning, permitting, variances, and blueprint interpretation. What began as an unexpected opportunity quickly evolved into a dedicated career path, fueled by her fascination with the planning, coordination, and transformation that define the built environment. Committed to continuous growth, Catee stays engaged with emerging construction technologies and management strategies to improve efficiency and elevate project outcomes. As a graduate student at LSU, she continues to strengthen her expertise in advanced project delivery methods, construction leadership, and strategic management. She is passionate about mentoring others and contributing to the industry’s ongoing evolution.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, caring for animals, and cheering on the LSU Tigers, bringing that same energy, loyalty, and team-oriented spirit into her professional life.
