Josh Summers

Superintendent

Josh grew up in Marietta, Georgia. He always had an interest in real estate investing. He attended Kennesaw State University to major in exercise science and realized construction aligned more with his interests. He changed his major to Construction Management and decided that was the career path for him. He started interning with Moeller Purcell in 2023 and was hired on full time after graduation in December 2025.

In his free time, he enjoys going to movies, hanging out with friends and his cat, and running/working out.
